Dr. Victor Reynolds is an Industrial-Organizational Psychologist, scholar-practitioner, ordained pastor, and founder of Church Dynamics 360™. With a multidisciplinary background spanning psychology, pastoral ministry, human resources, leadership, and organizational management.
Dr. Reynolds brings a distinctive systems-focused approach to pastoral leadership and congregational health. Drawing from decades of ministry, organizational leadership, and academic experience, Dr. Reynolds approaches the church as both a spiritual community and a dynamic organizational system. His work recognizes that many challenges facing pastors and congregations involve interconnected dynamics of leadership, relationships, communication, organizational culture, conflict, power, trust, and resilience.
Dr. Reynolds integrates biblical wisdom with principles from Industrial-Organizational Psychology to help pastors and church leaders better understand the people, relationships, leadership practices, culture, and systems influencing their ministries through Integrated Spiritual Dynamics Theory (ISDT).
Dr. Reynolds holds a PhD in Psychology and four management-related master’s degrees, bringing together psychological science, organizational leadership, and pastoral experience to help churches move from identifying problems to developing healthier leadership practices and sustainable ministry systems.
